About me, breifly
I am Anikó Marik. A painter artist in Dunakeszi.
I did not learn to draw or paint, I was not instructed, I did not copy techniques. My original profession was a chemical engineer. Paints are trivial chemicals. Do they need a solvent? That is obvious. With just that much knowledge, I started painting on January 1st, 2018.
After my first 5-year 'learning period', I can positively say that I am following my own path in both painting and drawing.
Life has never spared me, but I have always tried to find the beauty everywhere, even in places where many others see only decline. I see that we have all the shades of the universe in the world, and I believe that the paintings help us to find these in ourselves.
I have shown my art at many successful, lively exhibitions. These occasions prove that with my artistry can offer a great experience for me and for all those who are receptive to it. I look forward to seeing everyone at my future exhibitions.
